We guarantee that our experienced writers and graphic artists will write and design to your specifications all the Programs of Study cards you order. If you are unsatisfied with any of the cards we create, we will work until you say it’s correct. We will ship your completed cards and racks to the location you designate and we will, at your request, set up each rack. We will regularly contact the rack manager at each rack location and replace cards in all empty bins. We will return your calls within one business day and speak to you in plain English. We will always handle your account with precision and efficiency. We will do all of this for the price we quote you with no surprises. If we don’t live up to any of these promises, we insist that you tell us and if the problem isn’t corrected we’ll credit back to your account double the amount of the charges in question.
